Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 7coin platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and 7coin.
General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 7coin online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and any user of the platform ("you", "user", "member").

If it is later established that a member registered under the age of 21, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Closure
7coin may temporarily or permanently close an account at any time without notice for the following reasons:
- Any breach of these terms.
- Fraudulent activity or attempts to exploit the system.
- Registration with false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to transfer or sell an account to another person.
3.3 Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, notify the support team via live chat or email. Any eligible balance remaining in your account will be withdrawn before the account is closed.

4.1 Deposit Rules
- Deposits must be made only through a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- A deposit will be added to the account balance only after it has been successfully verified.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal is not possible before the wagering requirement of an active bonus has been met.
- Withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
- In rare cases, processing time may be extended due to technical issues.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on 7coin are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.
Bonuses and Promotions
7coin offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Please read this section carefully before accepting any bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period, maximum limit and wagering conditions.
- Another bonus cannot be accepted while one is active unless specifically permitted.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.
- 7coin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
5.3 VIP Program
7coin's VIP program has four levels. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Players can advance to higher levels based on their activity and contributions. VIP benefits are subject to change.
Gameplay Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
All games on the 7coin platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
- Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game.
- If a technical error occurs in a game result, the amount of your bet will be refunded.
- 7coin reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a software bug in a game.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
6.2 Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game category and are displayed in the game interface. Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active.
6.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting is available on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers), football (FIFA), kabaddi and various other sports. Odds are subject to change and may be updated up until an event begins.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7coin platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Bonus abuse or claiming the same bonus more than once.
- Playing games using automated bots, scripts or software.
- Collusion or cheating in coordination with other players.
- Money laundering or handling illegal funds.
- Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
- Gaining an advantage by providing false or misleading information.
- Threatening, harassing or behaving offensively toward other members.

8.1 Data Collection and Use
